We want you to get real value from Synaku. This policy explains when and how refunds are possible for our subscription plans.
1. How Billing Works
Synaku is a subscription service. You choose a plan and are billed in advance on a recurring basis - monthly or annually - and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Your plan determines how many keywords, projects, and updates you have access to.
You can review your current plan, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Synaku, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first subscription period only - whether you signed up for a monthly or an annual plan.
We process eligible first-purchase refunds to your original payment method. We reserve the right to limit or reject refund requests in cases of repeated or systematic misuse.
3. Cancellation and Renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.
Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. Outside the 14-day money-back window described above, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, and renewal charges are not refundable once a new period has begun. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
Renewed Subscriptions
Automatic renewal charges after your first billing period are not eligible for a refund. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for a period you don't intend to use.
Partial Periods and Unused Time
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period, downgrades mid-cycle, or features you chose not to use.
Time Limit Exceeded
Refund requests made more than 14 days after your initial purchase cannot be processed, except where required by law.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with the following:
- Your full name
- Your account email address
- The plan or charge in question
- A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 1-2 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. We cannot redirect refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts.
7. Abuse Prevention
To keep our Service fair for all customers, we reserve the right to reject refund requests and suspend accounts in cases of proven misuse of this refund policy.
